APPOINTMENTS
We see patients by appointment only. Please make elective
appointments several weeks in advance so that we may give you a time that
best fits your schedule. We ask that you notify us as early as possible
if you cannot keep a scheduled appointment.
EMERGENCIES
In emergency situations, we will make every effort to give
you the earliest appointment available. Emergency questions are referred
to your doctor and answered immediately.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Before
surgery, patients are asked to meet with the business office to make financial
arrangements.
INSURANCE
We accept most insurance carriers. Please inquire with
our business office about your individual carrier and policy.
QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS
Please ask to speak with a nurse if you are uncomfortable
discussing your problem with the receptionist. Our nurses have been trained
to answer most of your health and treatment questions. If they are unable
to do so, your questions will be referred to your doctor and your call
will be returned as soon as possible.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect
of your treatment at Central Texas ENT, please make us aware of the situation.
We welcome suggestions to improve the delivery of your health care.
